At Moppets Apparel, we prioritize the prompt delivery of your orders while ensuring the highest product quality. To maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional products, all items undergo rigorous quality inspections before dispatch. This enables us to offer our valued customers premium-quality merchandise. Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive a verification email or WhatsApp message for confirmation.
Please note that our orders are shipped only on business days, from Monday to Friday.
After the verification of your order, quality check and packing all together takes 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, the shipping process takes 10-14 business days to reach Pakistan. It takes another 3-5 business days for our logistics to deliver the order to the customer. In general, please note that it takes 18-20 business days to deliver the order to the destination. In case the product is not delivered within 18-20 business days, the customers are requested to contact us via email at support@moppetsapparel.com or get in touch with our customer care via WhatsApp at +92 332 9775069
To avoid any delays in delivery, kindly provide us with your complete address and accurate contact details. Our courier partner will attempt to contact you using the provided telephone number before arranging the delivery. In the event that they are unable to reach you, the courier will return the parcel to Moppets Apparel. Subsequently, we will make further efforts to contact you and arrange an alternative delivery.
Special orders requests i.e delivery time, locations outside Pakistan, etc are subject to charges and approvals from Moppets Apparel management.
In the case Moppets Apparel team is not able to contact the customer nor does the customer connect with Moppets Apparel team within 30 days from the date of the order, the order will automatically be void and cancelled
Free shipping is provided all across Pakistan if the order falls above Rs.5,000. For any order below that price please note that the buyer is responsible for any tariff, tax, handling fees, customer clearance charges etc. The payment options available are:

Exchange:
We facilitate exchange requests, you can whatsapp us at +92 333 9775069, email us at support@moppetsapparel.com and we will gladly facilitate your exchange request.
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery should they meet the exchange criteria
Items will only be exchanged if they are in their original condition. This means that they are unused, not damaged, and all tags are intact and packed in their original packing.
Moreover, Only Item value will be considered, Delivery charges will not be included in the exchange amount and
Customers need to send the item(s) back to us, please make sure to add a Note while returning the Order, by mentioning your Order ID!
Once it is received and inspected by the quality assurance team, details will be shared for issuance of Voucher/ Store credit.
Once the return is received & is inspected by team and approved for store credit, you will be issued store credit within 2 working days on the same email address which is provided in your order, from which you can reorder any item online or at our stores.
The validity of the voucher will be 30 days from the day it is issued.
Also, the products will only be exchanged if we have failed to deliver the right size. All the sizes are clearly mentioned on our website and it is the customer's responsibility to check the sizes before ordering. In case the customer orders the wrong size, there would be 25% deduction in price for the exchange item
As we are sourcing the products from outside the country, the size exchange would only be done if the issue is at Moppets Apparel’s end. The exchange request will only be entertained within 7 days of receiving the products
You can cancel your order before delivery is processed. After you receive the tracking number it will be not possible to cancel the order. Refunds/Cancellation will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 working days depending on the mode of payment that the customer used.
In case of COD once a refund is confirmed we will initiate it either by issuing a voucher.
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning item. Please note that your shipping cost is non-refundable
Refund or return will only occur if :
You can claim a refund within 7 days from the date of the item(s) delivered to you. In case of refund, the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s) to the same payment method used while placing order. Incase of COD orders amount will be refunded in bank account provided by customer.
Once your refund is approved it will take 10 days to process the Refund.
Please note that refunds will only be given on damaged items if a fresh piece is not available.
We make sure that the items are in their best condition before they are dispatched, however, if the customer receives a damaged item, they can ask for a full refund by emailing us at support@moppetsapparel.com
CLEARANCE & SALES ITEMS
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CLEARANCE OR SALES ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!! Clearance items will not be exchanged for another size or product.
Please note that cash refund will not be issued on the items on sale and clearance. On sale and clearance items, a voucher for the same value will be issued that you can use to purchase on any other item.
