You can cancel your order before delivery is processed. After you receive the tracking number it will be not possible to cancel the order. Refunds/Cancellation will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 working days depending on the mode of payment that the customer used.
In case of COD once a refund is confirmed we will initiate it either by issuing a voucher.
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning item. Please note that your shipping cost is non-refundable
Refund or return will only occur if :
You can claim a refund within 7 days from the date of the item(s) delivered to you. In case of refund, the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s) to the same payment method used while placing order. Incase of COD orders amount will be refunded in bank account provided by customer.
Once your refund is approved it will take 10 days to process the Refund.
Please note that refunds will only be given on damaged items if a fresh piece is not available.
We make sure that the items are in their best condition before they are dispatched, however, if the customer receives a damaged item, they can ask for a full refund by emailing us at support@moppetsapparel.com
CLEARANCE & SALES ITEMS
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CLEARANCE OR SALES ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!! Clearance items will not be exchanged for another size or product.
Please note that cash refund will not be issued on the items on sale and clearance. On sale and clearance items, a voucher for the same value will be issued that you can use to purchase on any other item.
